Aspirant High Achievers at the U-Party

I was thrilled when my teenage years where over but this party made me wish I was a teenager again. The Standard Bank Cricket U-Party at Maris Stella rocked out to DJ Nathan D and DJ Kent. The beats were infectious as the learners danced to the latest tunes and made some noise for their schools and Standard Bank, of course.

At the entrance to the party, Standard Bank Cricket organized a photobooth, where the learners had pictures taken with their friends. The photobooth got quite rowdy as learners jostled to get their pictures taken. Then there was the über-cool Standard Bank VIP lounge, complete with al fresco dining decked out with retro white lounge furniture to relax in while sipping on complimentary mocktails while the designer food was prepared.

The learners could also score 500 Mxit Moola free, by simply going to Mxit>Tradepost>My Money>Money Matters>Standard Bank>Cricket and signing up for a Student Achiever account.

The learners worked hard at pimping out their very own Standard Bank Schools Pro 20 t-shirts so they could win a Blackberry, even using the backs of their friends to work on. Their achievements were legendary, one learner stuck paper hearts all over her t-shirt, while another simply wrote 'I want a blackberry' on the back. More great prizes were won at the heart exhilarating dance-off. Everyone at the Standard Bank Cricket U-Party had an awesome time and even if many went away without the coveted Blackberry, all the Student Achievers won!
